The Story Behind My Site
I have been wanting a website for a few years, but wanting and having never seemed to meet in the middle. So after moaning about this long and hard my girlfriend got sick of hearing about it and did it for me. Thanx love.....
So where to begin....
One moment you're a sideman in a well running band doing crazy gigs all over holland,the next you're out of a job struggling to pay the bills.So….what can a poor boy do.In the old days he would sing in a rock & roll band,but nowadays he's gonna make his own website .
What to put on a website?
Of course all the information about gigs,cd's,bookings and so on,but as well a lot of info about musicians I've been playing with over the years all over the world.
Living in Amsterdam and having a roof over my head one can imagine the amount of muso's that have slept on my loungeroom floor, and the loungeroom floors I've slept on in return. Thank god it led to more than hangovers only.
Original songs of "familymembers " might be played in Amsterdam,Melbourne,Edinburgh or Copenhagen as we speak.
My own cd " In Between " is recorded in Amsterdam with Dutchies and in Melbourne with Aussies.
